Jo Hyunjin is a shipping and ports associate at Pacific Environment. She enjoys bringing people together across issues and building ideas into action, especially in work that connects policy, sustainability and local engagement. She previously worked at The Hope Institute, where she led programs on youth career exploration and inter-governmental policy exchange with local municipalities, and at the Korean Trade Union of Platform Drivers, where she advanced labor and digital policy initiatives in collaboration with national ministries. Her experience spans stakeholder facilitation, community-centered research and cross-sector collaboration for inclusive and sustainable development. She holds a B.S. in environmental engineering and an M.A. in economics from Pusan National University, and is based in Seoul, South Korea.
